What you are agreeing to

If you tick the text-message box when you sign up, you are giving The Four Points LLC dba SERVED your express written consent to send you recurring marketing text messages about drops and pop-ups at the number you gave us, including messages sent by an automatic telephone dialing system.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can sign up with your email alone and leave the box unticked, and nothing changes about what you can buy.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. We text when a drop is coming, when one opens, and occasionally about a pop-up. We do not text every day.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. What you pay depends on your plan and your carrier, not on us. We never charge you for a message.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to stop all of them. You will get one final message confirming it, and then nothing further.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and messages may not arrive if your device is off or out of coverage.

Who gets your number

Your number is stored with your customer record and is used to send you these messages and nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing. Our messaging provider processes it on our behalf under contract. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Changing your number

If you give up a number you signed up with, tell us at contact@yougotsrvd.com so the next person to hold it does not get our messages.
